Regulation Authority:

Chapters 42-17.1, 42-17.6, 20-4 through 20-10, and sections 20-1-2, 20-1-4, and 20-3-2 through 20-3-6, in accordance with Chapter 42-35-18(b)(5) of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended.

Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this filing is to decrease the commercial possession limit for the floating fish trap scup fishery to 10,000 pounds per fish trap licensee per calendar day beginning May 24, 2005. This is to technically revise the supercede number on ERLID 3575 which incorrectly read 3576, should have read 3567.
